I am a trauma-informed Massage Therapist who specializes in personalized, evidence-based treatments that prioritize each client’s individual needs and well-being. I completed my Therapeutic Massage Certification in April 2025 and will earn my Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from Northwestern Health Sciences University by August 2025.
My clinical education includes Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, Medical Terminology, Hydrotherapy, Nutrition, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Massage Therapy for Special Populations, Insurance Billing, Sports Massage, Foundations of Healing Touch 1, and more. Through my clinical rotations, including my internship at DeRusha Clinic (NWHSU clinic), I have honed my skills in working with diverse populations, mastering techniques tailored to specific needs, and navigating the evolving role of massage therapy in healthcare.
I specialize in integrating modalities such as myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and craniosacral therapy. My technique is characterized by a gentle, patient touch that allows the body to relax and release tension. I focus on “melting” into the tissue, using slow, deliberate movements to encourage deep relaxation and facilitate the body’s natural healing process. With a combination of technical expertise, compassion, and ongoing professional growth, I strive to provide transformative care that empowers clients on their healing journey.
