Dr. Jake Sehnert is a native to the North County area. He grew up in Ferguson,MO and attended high school at St. Thomas Aquinas Mercy. He then went to Southeast Missouri State University and majored in biology while playing on the SEMO hockey team. After an injury to his hip he was introduced to chiropractic and discovered a new passion.After graduation he attended Logan College of Chiropractic and graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2006. Upon graduation Dr. Sehnert has completed many hours of continuing education in order to keep current with latest and greatest technology and research in chiropractic. “I want nothing but the best for my patients.”

Carmen Hines is a dedicated holistic enthusiast, with a real passion for helping clients experience true relaxation through therapeutic touch. Carmen is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for the full spectrum of wellness. She believes that collaborating with clients and fusing proactive wellness education, along with her intuitive healing touch, can ultimately assist each individual in achieving feelings of rejuvenation, no matter the initial ailment. With a commitment to amplifying the choice of wellness for her clients, she offers a variety of bodywork modalities. Specialties include; Relaxing Swedish Massage, Deep Touch (Tissue), Myofacial bodywork, Reiki, Therapeutic Pain Management & Stretch Therapy. While Carmen is a newly practicing Massage Therapist, graduating from the Healing Arts Center in July of 2024, she is no stranger to the field of wellness. She has experience as a Personal Trainer and fitness instructor and is also a Certified Full Spectrum Doula. Focusing on holistic client-centered-care, and offering a tranquil atmosphere to promote a recharge of the mind and stress relief within the body is her goal. As Carmen has grown up, as well as raised her family in North County, she looks forward to serving her community while creating an elevated Favored experience of Wellness for all who seek.
